Here’s a breakdown of the Return and Refund process:
Return Shipping: After you drop off the package at any FedEx location, it generally takes around 7 business days for FedEx to deliver it back to our warehouse (Location: CA 92518). Please use the returns tracking receipt to track the progress of your parcel.
Warehouse Inspection: Once the returned package arrives, our warehouse team will inspect the items and start the refund process. This part of the process may take up to 14 business days, so we kindly ask that you allow this period to pass in full before contacting us.
Issuing Your Refund: After the refund is processed, you will receive an email and funds will be reflected back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
If your return has been delivered to our warehouse and you have not received a refund confirmation email within 14 days, please contact us.

You can track your return directly on the FedEx website using the FedEx tracking number provided on the proof of postage receipt.

If proof of return is not obtained or kept and there is a problem with your return, unfortunately, we are unable to assist with your order. Please wait 14 business days as advised for your order to reach our warehouse and be processed as normal.
