My items have become faulty - What do I do?

We hope you’ll love our products as much as we do, however, in the unlikely event your product develops a fault, please get in touch with our After Care team here who will be happy to assist you with this.

Please ensure you include your full name, Kurt Geiger order number, and 3 clear images of the issue/fault.

 

My purchase has arrived damaged - What do I do?

Whilst we aim to deliver you a perfect product, please note that there may be times items sourced are ex-display and/or have been previously tried on by customers in-store. This may have resulted in some wear and tear to the product such as minor scuffs, or small smudges on scratches to the material of the product.
