Why can I see a ‘pending’ or ‘reserved’ status on my statement?

Orders that are successfully placed will be charged at the time of order placement, and you will promptly receive an order confirmation email.

In the event of a cancelation post receipt of the confirmation email, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 days.

For orders canceled before confirmation, no charges apply, though you may see a 'pending' or 'reserved' amount on your account during this period.

In such cases, though the funds are reserved on your account, they are not debited. The reserve can persist for up to 10 working days post-authorization, and we, unfortunately, lack control over its removal. For further assistance, please contact your bank or card issuer.
