Can you help with an item I have purchased in a Retail Store?

We have many department stores and online retailers that sell our products and our Customer Service team will only be able to assist with purchases made on with a valid order number.

If you require assistance with an item you have purchased in one of our wholesale partner department stores, please visit or contact the original store where the purchase was made in. Be sure to take along your proof of purchase with you.
