I Haven't Received My Welcome Code?

I SIGNED UP TO THE WELCOME OFFER ON THE WEBSITE BUT HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY CODE YET?

If you signed up for our welcome offer and haven't received your code, here's what you can do:

  1. Ensure you've signed up to our emails using a correct email address. You can do this at the bottom of our homepage or through the pop-up that appears.
  2. After signing up, you should receive an email confirming your successful subscription. In this email, you'll find a link to obtain your welcome code for your first online purchase with us.
  3. Check your junk/spam folders in case the email ended up there.
  4. If you still haven't received a code, it's possible that you may have previously signed up or placed an order using the same email address. In such cases, we're unable to provide a welcome code.

Remember, the welcome offer is available only for new customers.
