What do I do if my item is faulty?

We hope you’ll love our products as much as we do, however, in the unlikely event your product develops a fault, please send these back to us following the below instructions.

Please ensure you include your full name, Kurt Geiger order number, and email address inside the parcel.

Once received back, our team will inspect the item and assess for any faults and update you via email.



Follow the instructions below to return your item(s):

1. Package up your items and include your completed returns note. Please ensure any previous shipping labels on the parcel have been removed or covered.

2. Attach your pre-paid FEDEX sticker to the parcel and take to your nearest Fedex drop-off location found here.

3. Ensure you obtain proof of postage. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.

Please note, if proof of return is not obtained or kept then unfortunately we will be unable to assist with returns queries.


We do not offer exchanges on online orders. Should you wish to replace an item or get a different size/color then you will need to place a new order.

My purchase has arrived damaged or developed a fault - What do I do?

After receiving your product, if you are not happy with your purchase you may return the product back to us for a full refund using our Free US Returns option here.

Kindly note, this service is for items purchased from www.kurtgeiger.us only and may not be used for items purchased from external retailers. Kurt Geiger cannot be held responsible for receiving items returned to us where purchased from another retailer or website, all items will be returned to you.
