If you have misplaced your FedEx returns sticker/label, please contact our customer service team with the following information to receive a replacement:
- Order number
- Item(s) being returned
- Number of packages being returned
- Box dimensions
- Item weight
Once you have received your replacement label, please follow the instructions here to return your item(s).
I’VE LOST MY ORDER PAPERWORK - WHAT CAN I DO?
In the absence of a dispatch note or order invoice, when returning your items please ensure that the order number can clearly be found when your return parcel is opened by our warehouse.
Either print a copy of your email order confirmation or write your order number on a piece of paper and place it inside your return.
Please ensure the proof of postage for the return is kept until the refund has been completed.
