The dispatch note does make it easier for our warehouse to process your return but don't worry if you don't have this.
In the absence of a dispatch note/order invoice make sure that your Kurt Geiger order number can be clearly found when your return parcel is opened. So either print a copy of your email order confirmation or write your Kurt Geiger order number with a list of items you are returning on a piece of paper and place it inside your return.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide duplicate dispatch notes.
Please ensure you keep your proof of postage for the return and hold onto this until your refund has been received.
