Prior to the launch of this (20th September 2021) our previous returns policy is outlined below...
RETURNS POLICY TILL 20TH SEPTEMBER 2021
Please return your unworn item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of goods.
We do not offer a free returns or collection service for international orders at this time and you will need to pay for the items to returned by post back to the UK.
Any items returned to us are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return securely to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We recommend that you use a trackable service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning in the event of loss on the way back to us.
Please note - Any promotional discount applies to the original purchase only and if returned, is not valid for any subsequent purchases.
All items must be returned with original packaging and all barcodes and tags.
We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product.
Items should be returned to us within 30 days. Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
FACEMASKS & SNOODS
Face masks and snoods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Earrings and hair accessories may only be returned if faulty. We do not accept returns of earrings and hair accessories for hygiene purposes.
Swimwear may be returned in store and online with proof of purchase. Items should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective hygiene adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
We do not offer exchanges on online orders. Should you wish to replace an item or get a different size/color then you will need to place a new order.
How to Return
Follow the instructions below to return your item(s):
1. Package up your items and include your completed returns note. Please ensure any previous shipping labels on the parcel have been removed or covered.
2. Take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office and send to the following address:

3. Ensure you obtain proof of postage. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.
