In-Store Returns & Exchanges
We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on full-price items when returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in a saleable, unworn, and unwashed condition. Please make sure to bring your proof of purchase with you.
Please note: Refunds for in-store purchases made with cash can only be processed to a debit card.
Sale items can be returned within 7 days of purchase but are eligible for exchange only.
Refunds are strictly subject to the returned item being received in its original, unworn condition. If there are any issues with your return—such as signs of wear, damage, or incorrect items your refund may be denied.
We kindly ask that you try your shoes on indoors to ensure they fit before wearing them outside, as we’re unable to refund or exchange items that show signs of wear.
Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene reasons)
To protect all of our customers, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged—even if they appear unused. Please only proceed with your purchase if you are completely satisfied with the item:
Jewellery
Socks
Tights
Hair accessories
Hats
Sunglasses
Swimwear may only be returned if the hygiene strip remains intact and the item shows no signs of wear. Returns may be declined if this is not the case.
Bought Your Item in a Department Store?
If you’ve purchased your Kurt Geiger item from one of our partner department stores or retailers (such as Farfetch, Nordstrom, Dillard’s, Bloomingdale’s, or El Palacio in Mexico), please contact them directly for any queries or returns. Our customer service team is only able to assist with purchases made in Kurt Geiger standalone stores.
Product Care Advice
Leather is a natural, porous material and may absorb water if not treated. We recommend using a suitable protector spray to help care for your purchase.
Please note:
Variations in color and texture are normal for natural materials.
Any dye transfer is not considered a fault.
Timely heel repairs can help prolong the life of your shoes.
