What is the Kurt Geiger Store Returns Policy?

This article relates to purchases made in a physical store location and not our online purchases.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on full-priced items returned within 14-days of payment. Please note that any purchases made in cash can only be refunded onto a debit card.
Items purchased on sale may be returned within 7-days of purchase for an exchange only.
Valid proof of purchase is required. All items must be returned in an unworn, unwashed and saleable condition.

Please ensure that your shoes fit correctly before wearing them outside - we are unable to refund or exchange shoes once they have been worn.

If you have any queries, please ask a Kurt Geiger team member who will be happy to help.

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following in-store purchases, even in cases where items may appear to be unworn/unused. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with the product before making your purchase.

• Hair accessories
• Hats
• Sunglasses

• Swimwear may only be returned where the hygiene strip is still intact. Returns on swimwear may be refused where the hygiene strip has been removed and/or the garment shows signs of wear.

ITEMS PURCHASED FROM A DEPARTMENT STORE

Our products are available at a selection of department stores and concessions, including Farfetch, Nordstrom, Dillard's, Bloomingdale's, and El Palacio (Mexico).

Please note that the Kurt Geiger customer service team are not able to assist with items bought from an external store or website.

CARE ADVICE
Leather is a porous material and as such may be prone to water penetration; your purchase will benefit from being treated with the appropriate protector.
All natural products are prone to colour and texture variances. Colour transfer from dyed products is not considered a manufacturing fault.
A timely heel repair is recommended to prolong the life of your shoes.
