I was a member before Kurt's Club launched. What happens to my account?
If you were a member of our previous loyalty programme, you'll automatically be moved across to Kurt's Club when the programme launches.
Your membership tier will be based on your eligible spend during the previous 12 months, provided you were an active member of Kurt Cares at the time Kurt's Club launched. Purchases made before launch will only be considered for tier placement if you were an active Kurt Cares member on the launch date.
Please note that all members will start Kurt's Club with a zero points balance. Any points, rewards or Kindness Points held under the previous loyalty programme will not be carried across, and points cannot be awarded retrospectively for purchases made before the launch of Kurt's Club.
From launch onwards, you'll begin earning points on eligible purchases in line with your membership tier.
What happens to my rewards from Kurt Cares Loyalty?
As part of the launch of Kurt's Club, we've introduced a new rewards structure designed to provide members with more ways to earn and enjoy benefits.
Any valid Birthday Gift code issued before the launch of Kurt's Club will remain redeemable until its stated expiry date. After expiry, it cannot be extended or replaced. If you have a valid code from Kurt's Cares Loyalty program that no longer works, please get in touch with our team, who can look into this and assist.
All other Kurt Cares Loyalty rewards and kindness points have now been retired and cannot be transferred or converted into Kurt's Club.
Can I transfer my old Kurt Cares Kindness Points and rewards to Kurt's Club?
No. Rewards and Kindness Points issued under our previous loyalty programme cannot be exchanged or converted into Kurt's Club.
General Terms & Conditions for Loyalty Codes
Loyalty Gift codes are redeemable only on kurtgeiger.us and are subject to exclusions listed below.
Codes cannot be combined with other discounts or exchanged for cash.
Purchases must exceed $150 after the voucher is applied and before shipping; orders below this value will be cancelled.
Each code is single-use, linked to the email address it was issued to, and applies only to eligible items.
Codes are non-transferable and non-giftable.
Codes expire 3 months after issue date.
Codes will not be reissued if orders are returned, partially cancelled, or refunded.
For multi-item orders, the discount is split proportionally across items and will not be reallocated if some items are returned.
Exclusions
Codes cannot be applied retrospectively or to past purchases.
Sale or promotional items are excluded.
Gift boxes and delivery costs are excluded.
- Offer excludes purchases of gift cards, gift boxes, personalized purchases (like our 'One Of Our Kind' collection) and collaboration pieces (such as Dora Larsen)
Returns
Returning items purchased with a Loyalty Gift code means the discount value is forfeited.
Refunds will only be issued for the amount paid after discount, not the discount value itself.
Codes are not reissued after returns or cancellations.
Store Redemption
Loyalty Gift codes are redeemable in US Kurt Geiger freestanding stores only. Concessions and outlet stores are excluded.
Present the original Loyalty code email at the till before payment. Printouts or screenshots will not be accepted.
Each code is single-use, applied only to eligible items, and linked to your email address.
Birthday Gifts
Ensure your birthday is entered and updated in your Kurt Geiger account at least 7 days before your birthday to receive your gift.
Birthday codes are emailed once per year on or around your registered birthday.
Code value: $30.
Minimum spend: $150.
Valid on full-price items only, excluding sale/offer items, gift cards, and gift boxes.
Codes are valid online only at kurtgeiger.us.
Codes are single-use, linked to your Loyalty Level and email address, and expire 3 months after issue.
Birthday codes cannot be backdated or applied retrospectively.
Only one birthday gift code is issued per customer within a 365-day period.
Loyalty Rewards and Marketing Communications
To remain eligible for loyalty rewards, exclusive offers, and member benefits, you must maintain an active subscription to our marketing communications.
If you choose to unsubscribe at any time, any rewards, offers, or promotional communications issued during the period of your opt-out will not be delivered to your inbox.
Such offers cannot be backdated, reissued, extended, or applied retrospectively if you later choose to resubscribe.
