If you are a consumer (i.e., you are purchasing for personal use and not for business purposes), you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 days without providing a reason. This does not apply to personalised or other non-returnable products as specified.
How to Cancel
- To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by emailing help@kurtgeiger.us with a clear cancellation request.
- The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day your product is delivered.
- To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your request before the 14-day period ends.
Returning Your Order
- If you cancel your order, you must return the product(s) with the returns label enclosed.
- If you no longer have the returns label, you must return your order at your own cost and risk. We recommend using insured shipping to ensure safe return.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. If the product(s) are not returned within this period, we may arrange collection at your cost.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including the original box where applicable. If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may deduct an amount from your refund.
Refund Process
- We will refund all payments, including standard delivery charges (excluding any extra cost for premium shipping options).
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return.
- We are not responsible for any delays in the refund due to bank processing times.
Gift Returns
