This Privacy Policy, and the Cookies Policy set out how we approach handling our customer personal information. We want our customers to feel confident your personal data is secure and understand how it is used. The important things to be aware of from the outset are that,

  • We ask for what we need. The information we collect from you is based on the necessary information to fulfil your orders, and present you with relevant products & news.

Kurt Geiger Limited, its parent company Steven Madden, Ltd., and their affiliated companies, including Kurt Geiger USA Inc. (collectively, "we" and "us"), collect, process, and are responsible for personal data relating to our customers, those interested in our products, and others. Our use of personal data is regulated by global data protection regulations in the territories we operate however this policy specifically serves as notice to residents of the UK and Europe. We are responsible as ‘controller’ of that personal data for the purposes of data protection legislation.

We are a limited company with our registered office address at 24 Britton Street, London, EC1M 5UA and company number 00968046. We are registered at the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) (www.ico.org.uk) and our registration number is Z6823882.

This Privacy Policy applies to all processing of customers’ and potential customers’ personal data by us and our affiliated companies.

Text Messages

You may elect to receive text messages from us. When you sign up to receive text messages, we will send you information about promotional offers and more. These messages may use information automatically collected based on your actions while on our sites and may prompt messaging such as cart abandon messages (i.e., cookies). To the extent you voluntarily opt to have Text notifications sent directly to your mobile phone, we receive and store the information you provide, including your telephone number or when you read a text message. Marketing

If you have asked us to, are a customer or you have approached us regarding similar goods and have not unsubscribed or opted out we may send you marketing communications.

If you do opt-out we will stop sending you marketing communications but will continue to send you service communications directly linked to the processing and fulfilment of your transactions with us.

Notice of Financial Incentives & Non-Discrimination/Bona Fide Loyalty Program

We offer consumers a loyalty program which consumers may opt-in to by signing up on our website. When consumers sign up for our loyalty program, they may be required to provide personal identifiers, including their first and last name, email address, and mobile telephone number.  The purpose of the loyalty program is to encourage repeat business with Kurt Geiger and to enhance your shopping experience.
