You won’t be able to track your order until it’s been dispatched — so please keep an eye on your inbox for that confirmation email.

Enter your order number (starting with KGUS – this can be found in your confirmation email)

Enter your full ZIP code as used at checkout (please note, partial ZIP codes won’t be recognised)

You’ll be redirected to the FedEx tracking page where you can see real-time updates. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery information
All orders are shipped with FedEx and will be delivered Monday to Friday, between 7am and 10pm.
If you’re not in when your parcel arrives, FedEx may leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.
For more remote areas, your order may be handed over to a local courier. We’ll update you by email if this happens.
Need help with tracking?
If you're seeing a message that says “label created”, it means your parcel has left our warehouse and is now on its way to you.
Tracking will update again once FedEx has processed the package through their network — so please check back in 24–48 hours.
If you see an error when trying to track your order, it likely hasn’t left the warehouse just yet.
You’ll be able to track it as soon as it’s been dispatched, so please wait for your shipping confirmation email before trying again.
