HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.
Unfortunately, you cannot track an order if it has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
To track your order -
- Click on the 'Track My Order' button below
- Enter your order number (found in the email confirmation) Please note order numbers start with KGUS.
- Enter your full zip code associated with the chosen delivery address. Partial zip codes will not be recognized.

This will take you to the FedEx tracking page where you can see real-time updates for your order.
All orders are shipped with FedEx. Please allow 24-48 hours for courier updates.
Our couriers will deliver between 7am and 10pm on a business day. Delivery notifications will be sent by the courier, should you not be home when your delivery is made, the courier will leave your order in a secure location or with a neighbor.
In more remote areas, your order may be passed to a local delivery service to complete the delivery, you will be informed of any changed or updated tracking details via email.
Problem tracking your order?
If you see this error, it means that your order is still being processed in our warehouse and has not yet been shipped. Tracking information will only be available once your order has been dispatched.
Please wait for your dispatch email, after which you will be able to track your order.
If your FedEx tracking states 'Label Created', this means your parcel has been shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you via FedEx.
Tracking will continue to refresh over the next 24-48 hours so please keep checking the link for real time updates.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
After placing an order you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours with your order number. Be sure to check junk and spam folders and allow Kurt Geiger and FedEx as a trusted sender.
If after this time, you have not received your confirmation, it may be that your order has failed to process successfully, or that the email address used on your order was incorrect. For orders where you have entered an incorrect email address, please keep a note of the order number (which was given to you at the time the order was placed) as you are still able to track of your order here.

HOW DO I KNOW MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When out for delivery you will receive a dispatch email confirmation from Kurt Geiger as well as a second notification from the courier on when you can expect your parcel. Once your order has left our US distribution centre please allow 2-7 days for FedEx to deliver your parcel. Find out more about delivery times here.
All parcel updates or delays will be sent via FedEx.
CAN I RE-DIRECT MY PARCEL?
If you won't be in to receive your parcel, we advice using the FedEx re-direction service. Request to redirect your package to a nearby location with later hours and then pick it up on your time. Keep deliveries safe by picking up packages from thousands of convenient locations.
