When your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation from us with your order number.
Once you have received your second email which will notify you of successful dispatch, you can then track your order.
To track your order, you will need your order number (starts with KGUS) and your full zip code details.
Once your order has been successfully shipped you will receive a text and/or email notification from the courier to let you know when you can expect your parcel. Please allow 24-48 hours for courier updates.
Orders are dispatched from our US warehouse via FedEx and usually take around 2-7 days to reach most of the US
Please keep an eye on your delivery tracking via the courier website for updates and any local area delays.
Our couriers will deliver between 7am-10pm. Delivery notifications will be sent by the courier, should you not be home when your delivery is made, the courier will leave your order in a secure location or with a neighbor.
In more remote areas, your order may be passed to a local delivery service to complete your delivery, you will be informed of any changed or updated tracking details via email.
We strongly advise to use the Fedex re-direction services below if you are not going to be home to receive your order.
