US deliveries are sent on a fully trackable service via FedEx, any time between 7:00am and 10:00pm on the day of delivery. All delivery options can be found in the table below. Please ensure that there is access to the property during this window, and if you are not in, details on how to manage your delivery options are here.
When placing your order please ensure the delivery address is correct and includes the State and Zip Code. Any additional postal charges due to incorrect addresses are non-refundable in the event an error has occurred.
Please note that in more remote areas, your order may be passed to a local delivery service to complete your delivery, you will be informed of any changed or updated tracking details via email.
