MY PARCEL WAS NEVER DELIVERED - WHAT CAN I DO?
US deliveries occur between 7:00am and 10:00pm on the predicted delivery date. Please ensure access to the delivery property during this window. If you're not at home, our couriers may attempt delivery to a secure location or leave the parcel with a neighbor.
All our orders are tracked via FedEx, so if you are unable locate your parcel in or around your home, please double check all tracking information, or alternatively contact our team within 7 days of the delivery status marked as delivered. Please include your order number, email and delivery address and we will then raise an investigation with the courier.
Please note that missing items must be reported to us within 7 days as we will be unable to assist after this time has passed.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Larger orders may be sent in multiple packages, therefore these may arrive at separate times within 24 hours of each other (please allow a little longer over busy periods). Orders sent in more than once parcel may be delivered at different times if they are stored separately by the courier.
Please check that the undelivered item has not been sent separately. Track your parcel's journey via FedEx here.
If you do have an item missing from your Kurt Geiger order, or an incorrect product or size has been received, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
MY PARCEL ARRIVED BUT I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT/SIZE?
If you have received an incorrect item in your Kurt Geiger order, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make sure to include your full name, order number, email address and a picture of the incorrect item received. Ensure that everything is kept in the original packaging when returning the item(s) after contacting our customer service team.
