Correct Shipping Address
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to amend order information once have left our warehouse and are on the way to you.
Customs Charges for countries outside of the EU (European Union) & United States of America
All orders are shipped from the UK.
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges and the recipient is liable for the payment of courier fees, import duties, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Orders being sent to destinations outside of the US for example, Mexico and Canada may also be subject to local customs import fees. These fees are payable by the customer and Kurt Geiger cannot be held responsible for any local customs or courier processing fees.
