All US orders are tracked and once your order has left our US distribution centre, you’ll get a dispatch email from us and then updates from FedEx with your tracking number to track your parcels progress online.
Once you have received your dispatch email you can track your order here. Please allow 24-48 hours for courier updates.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched from our US distribution centre via FedEx and usually take around 2-7 days to reach most of the US
Please keep an eye on your delivery tracking via the courier website for updates and any local area delays.
Our couriers will deliver between 7am-10pm. Delivery notifications will be sent by the courier, should you not be home when your delivery is made, the courier will leave your order in a secure location or with a neighbor.
In more remote areas, your order may be passed to a local delivery service to complete your delivery, you will be informed of any changed or updated tracking details via email.
