Kurt Geiger e-gift cards are valid for use online only at www.kurtgeiger.us.
They cannot be used in-store, to pay for delivery, or exchanged for cash.
To use your e-gift card at checkout:

Select ‘Gift Card’ as your payment method.

Enter the 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN (found in your e-gift card email).

Choose the amount you wish to apply from the available balance.

If your gift card doesn't cover the full order value, you can pay the remaining balance using a different valid method.
Please note: Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, deleted, or stolen, so treat them as you would cash.
Can I Return Items Bought with a Gift Card?
Yes — our return policy applies to all purchases, including those made with an e-gift card.

If your order was paid entirely with a gift card, your refund will be issued back to the same card.

If you paid with both a gift card and a debit/credit card, the same split will be used for the refund.
Be sure to keep your gift card details until you’re completely happy with your purchase, as your refund will go back to that same card.
If you don’t see your refund on the gift card within 48 hours of being notified, please get in touch with us here.
I No Longer Have My Gift Card Details – Can I Still Get a Refund?
If you no longer have the original gift card details, please contact our Customer Services team.
You’ll need to provide:

Can I Buy a Kurt Geiger Gift Card?
At this time, e-gift cards are not available for purchase.
They are only issued directly by our Customer Services team in specific circumstances.
Can I Return a Gift Card?
No — e-gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
If you return an item paid for with a gift card, your refund will be sent back to the same e-gift card.
How Can I Check My Gift Card Balance?
You can check your remaining balance by entering your e-gift card details during checkout at www.kurtgeiger.us.
What Happens If My Gift Card Is Lost, Stolen or Expired?
E-gift cards should be treated like cash.
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund lost, stolen, deleted, or damaged gift cards.

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of registration, or the last time they were used – whichever is later.

If no activity occurs within 24 months, the remaining balance will expire and be forfeited.
We recommend using your gift card within the valid timeframe to avoid losing any value.

If your order is under the value of the gift card, the remaining balance stays on the card

If your order exceeds the card balance, the difference must be paid using another payment method

Refunds go back to the original gift card

Refunds issued to gift cards are sent to the original e-gift card email — this email cannot be re-issued

Kurt Geiger is not liable for lost, stolen, or deleted gift cards
