WHEN IS THE PAYMENT PROCESSED FOR MY ORDER?
Orders are charged at the time of placement, and you'll receive an order confirmation email promptly after. Payment is instantly taken for Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.
If an order is cancelled before confirmation, no charges apply, but you may see a 'pending' or 'reserved' amount on your account, which can last up to 10 working days. Refunds for cancellations post-confirmation are processed within 3-5 days. Unfortunately, we cannot control the removal of this reserve.
