How long will the survey take?
The survey should take approximately 4-5 minutes to complete.
Do I need to make a purchase to enter?
No purchase is necessary. Simply complete the survey and submit your responses before the closing date to be entered into the prize draw. You may also enter the prize draw without responding to the survey by completing the entry form available via the link found in the footer of the survey.
When does the survey close?
The survey opens on 14 October 2026 and must be completed by 11:59 PM ET on 21 October 2026 to qualify for entry into the prize draw.
What can I win?
One winner will receive a $500 Kurt Geiger US e-gift card.
The gift card:
- Cannot be transferred
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Can only be redeemed at www.kurtgeiger.us

How is the winner selected?
After the close of the entry period, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.
How will I know if I've won?
The winner will be contacted via the email address associated with their survey submission after the prize draw has taken place.
Can I complete the survey more than once?
No. Only one survey response per invited customer will be accepted.
Your survey link is unique to you and is linked to your email address and customer account.
Survey links are intended solely for the recipient and must not be shared, transferred, or forwarded. Kurt Geiger reserves the right to disqualify or void any entries submitted using a shared or duplicate survey link.

What happens to my survey responses?
Your responses will be used to help us better understand our customers and improve our products, services and customer experience.
Responses will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In the event that technical difficulties or unforeseen events compromise the giveaway, including but not limited to, the integrity or viability of the giveaway, Kurt Geiger reserves the right to void the entries at issue, terminate the relevant portion of the giveaway promotion, including the entire giveaway promotion, modify the giveaway, and/or in the event of termination, award the prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received as of the termination date.
Any entries submitted using a survey link that has been shared, forwarded or used by someone other than the original recipient, may be disqualified.
