Here’s what to expect during the return and refund process:
Return Shipping:
Once you drop your parcel at any FedEx location, it typically takes around 7 business days to arrive at our warehouse (CA 92518). You can track your return using the FedEx tracking number from your proof of postage receipt.
Warehouse Processing:
After your return arrives, our team will inspect the items and begin processing your refund. This step can take up to 14 business days, so please allow this full period before reaching out.
Refund Issued:
When your refund has been processed, you’ll receive an email notification. Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after processing.
