How Do I Return My Online Kurt Geiger Order?

FREE RETURNS WITH FEDEX:

Follow the instructions below to return your item(s):

  • Package up your items in their original packaging and include the completed returns note (paperwork) included within your parcel. Please ensure any previous shipping labels on the parcel have been removed or covered.
  • A pre-paid FedEx returns sticker will be included in your order. Attach this sticker to the parcel and take to your nearest Fedex drop-off location, found here. If the returns sticker is not inside your original parcel, please contact our customer service team.
  • Ensure you obtain proof of return postage. This will have your tracking details on it. Please keep this until your return has been received and your refund processed.
  • Track your FedEx return parcel here.
  • Once the returned parcel has arrived back to our warehouse, you can expect your refund within 14 days.

Please note, if proof of return is not obtained or kept then unfortunately we will be unable to assist with returns queries.

 

WHAT DOES THE RETURNS STICKER/LABEL LOOK LIKE?

A return sticker/label is included in your order (see example image below).

Attach this label to the box if you wish to return your order.

Please make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY KURT GEIGER ORDER?

We do not currently offer exchanges for online orders. Should you wish to replace an item or get a different size or color, please create a return following the instructions above, and place a new order.

 

WHAT IS THE KURT GEIGER RETURN POLICY? - ONLINE ONLY

You can return your items to us within 30 days, provided they are in their original packaging, for a full refund to the original method of payment. Refunds will appear in your account within 14 working days of us receiving your goods. All items must be returned unused and with the original packaging and tags.

You will receive an email confirmation when your item(s) have arrived at the warehouse, and another email once the refund has been processed. Track your FedEx return here.

Any promotional discount applied to the original purchase is only valid for that purchase and will not be valid for any subsequent purchases.

Please note, this service is for items purchased from www.kurtgeiger.us only. Item purchased from external retailers will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. Kurt Geiger cannot be held responsible for orders bought elsewhere. Please contact the original retailer directly for queries.
