All sale purchases are final.

We do not accept returns on sale items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong item.

What Are The Return Conditions For Sale Items, Swimwear And Accessories?

Some items have special return conditions:

  • Sale Items: Non-refundable unless damaged, faulty, or you’ve received the wrong item.

  • Swimwear: Must be unworn and tried on over underwear. The hygiene strip and any tags must remain intact.

  • Earrings and Hair Accessories: Can only be returned if faulty, due to hygiene reasons.
