Can I Return Sale Items?

'SALE ITEMS' CHRISTMAS EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY 2024

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on sale items unless the item is faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been shipped.

If you have a problem with an item that was purchased in the sale, please contact us.

 

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS FOR SALE ITEMS, SWIMWEAR AND ACCESSORIES?

Please note that certain items have specific return conditions:

  • Sale items are non refundable unless damaged, faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped.
  • Swimwear can only be returned if unworn/used and must be tried on over underwear without removing the hygiene adhesive strip or additional tags.

  • Earrings and hair accessories can only be returned if faulty for hygiene purposes.

If an item is faulty, please contact us with your name, email address and images of the faulty product for further guidance.
