We hope you love your order — but if something’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.
Here’s what you need to know:
Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with undamaged packaging, including tags and barcodes intact.
For shoes, please try them on a carpeted surface and return them in the original shoe box.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Any promotional discount applied to the original order won’t carry over to a new order if the item is returned.
A few important exceptions:
Sale items: non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
Dora Larsen sets & Swimwear: must be tried on over underwear, with hygiene strip and tags still attached.
Earrings and hair accessories: can only be returned if faulty, for hygiene reasons.
'One of a Kind': For online purchases, if a One‑of‑a‑Kind bag is deemed unsuitable, we will issue a credit note instead of a refund.
Please note:
Refunds are strictly subject to the returned item being received in its original, unworn condition. If there are any issues with your return—such as signs of wear, damage, or incorrect items—a member of our Customer Service team will contact you directly.
How to return:
Returns are free in the US via FedEx — just use the returns label included inside your parcel. If you’re missing your label, please contact our Customer Care team and we’ll be happy to help.
We don’t currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size, colour, or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
Refunds are usually processed within 10 working days from when your return reaches our warehouse. We’ll send you an email once it’s been received and your refund has been issued.
