How Will I Know When My Refund Has Been Processed?
Once your return has reached our warehouse (CA 92518), please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed. After this, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
You’ll receive an email when your return arrives and another one once your refund has been processed.
What If I Don’t Have My Proof of Postage?
If you didn’t get or keep proof of return postage and there’s an issue with your return, we won’t be able to assist you. Please always make sure to keep your return receipt until your refund has been completed.
