What is your Returns Policy?

We now offer free returns for orders from the USA!

Please return your full-price unworn item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of goods. All items must be returned with original packaging and all barcodes and tags.

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Please note - Any promotional discount applies to the original purchase only and if returned, is not valid for any subsequent purchases.

Items should be returned to us within 30 days. Returns outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

Purchased a sale item?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on sale items unless the item is faulty, damaged or the incorrect item has been shipped.

Exclusions & Special Conditions

We advise to try on shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. We do not recommend trying on our shoes on wooden, laminated or delicate surfaces as this may damage the product.

Earrings and hair accessories may only be returned if faulty. We do not accept returns of earrings and hair accessories for hygiene purposes.

Swimwear may be returned if unworn and tags and hygiene strips intact and undamaged. Items should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective hygiene adhesive strip. Returns may not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.


We do not offer exchanges on online orders. Should you wish to replace an item or get a different size/color then you will need to place a new order.
